A play on Bellamy's utopian novel "Looking Backward" at the snow and dirt of a frozen metropolis of the north, compared with the warm deserts and palms of California. New overland service, to the Orient. Mysterious symbol "KOAA" appears just to the left of her suitcase; artist, or trade group? Published in an early 1900's issue of HARPER'S MONTHLY.
