The tired and dowdy housewife has become younger and more energetic as she has started painting her living room. Part of the 1920's liberation of the American woman is the reaffirmation that she can do anything she sets her mind to, and this ad from the September, 1925 issue of GOOD HOUSEKEEPING says just that.
