The Book Coupon Exchange system required you to send in a coupon to get the book at the low, low prices advertised herein. They promised to send you a bunch of coupons with the first book you received, but to start things off you needed to cut a hole in the back cover of your pulp. Still, what a deal! Published in the Fall of 1940, in the first issue of EXCITING WESTERN
